THE ORIGINAL IRISH PALE ALE

A fresh and zingy Pale Ale with a floral aroma.
We’ve been crafting beer since 2006, and we’ve enjoyed every moment. We’re very proud of our Irish Pale Ale which has all the hoppy bitterness of a classic pale ale married to the solid drinkability of a good draught lager.
The lingering, and very satisfying, citrus aftertaste is sure to leave a positive impression while the crystal malt gives it a very refreshing bitterness. Boasting a deep golden colour with a solid off-white head, it was made for raising toasts to each great moment.
SIXTY KNOTS IRISH PALE ALE
ABV 5.5% | IBU 60
Ingredients: Water, Malt, Hops
Since our very beginning, we’ve always been excited about making unique beer.
Our Sixty Knots IPA has a malt-forward taste at first, a nice rich caramel flavour around the middle, and a satisfying bit of hop bitterness on the finish. It offers quite a lot of grapefruit and pine flavours coming through with some underlying zesty flavours.
This dark amber beer with a fluffy white head and good carbonation is yet another brew we’re excited for you to try.
ORGANIC IRISH PILSNER
ABV 4.1% | IBU 20
Ingredients: Water, Organic Malt, Organic Hops
We love to brew good ideas at Galway Hooker. Because we’re passionate about innovation, we use only the best organic ingredients to create this German-style pils.
Clean, crisp, and refreshing, this style shows off its floral and spicy hop aroma and subtle bitterness on a slightly bready, malt base. A unique brew, it was made by beer lovers for beer lovers.
GALWAY GIRL HAZY IPA
ABV 5.2% | IBU 20
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, malted wheat, oats, hops, yeast.
Galway Girl is an IPA and it’s also the title of this can’s artwork.
This beer has been brewed with Irish lager malt and a generous helping of oats and wheat for a soft, fluffy base. The hops are the star of the show here, though, with plenty of tropical, citrus, and pine notes coming From the Idaho7 and Mosaic, with a little bit of dank from the Strata.
An intense and refreshing beer, it’s enjoyable no matter how you’re spending your time.
WILD SEA SWIMMERS BALTIC PORTER
ABV 7% | IBU 30
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, oats, hops, yeast.
Wild Sea Swimmers is a smooth, full-bodied Baltic porter – and is also the title of this can’s artwork.
Fermented using lager yeast and left to lager at cold temperatures for two months, you’ll enjoy the chocolate and caramel waves from the malt, complemented by underlying notes of raisin and cherry.
The perfect way to warm yourself after a dip in the ocean, but enjoyable no matter how you’re spending your time.
