beer…it takes time
For generations, Galway Hooker boats were used to carry essentials across the West of Ireland. Like turf for fires, seaweed for fertilizer, and homemade whiskey. The journeys required hard work and they took time – and patience.
That was a generation ago, but it’s little wonder that these boats still inspire us. We’re constantly reminded of the men who made those journeys and commanded those boats when we think of those red-sailed vessels – they come to mind when we make great beer, because that takes time, too. Today, we brew our beer in Galway, and we take our time with it.
That’s because we appreciate great beer, and we know it can’t be rushed. We want as many people as possible to enjoy our brews, and we’re excited about bringing it to the UK.
Because, at the end of the day – like the Galway Hooker boats – our beer travels well and we know you’ll enjoy the journey!
